Politique d’expédition
LA LIVRAISON :
La Maison KalosCo. fait appel à CATHEDIS pour effectuer ses livraisons sur le territoire national. Nous estimons que votre commande devrait être livrée dans un délai de 1 à 2 jours ouvrables à compter du jour où vous recevez votre email de confirmation de commande. En cas de retard, aucune indemnité compensatoire ne pourra être exigée par le client. La Maison KalosCo s'engage à expédier la commande à l'intérieur du délai prévisionnel mentionné ci-dessus.
TRAITEMENT DES COMMANDES :
Nous expédions les commandes du lundi au dimanche (9 h 00 - 16 h 00).
Nous n'expédions pas les commandes les jours fériés.
Nous faisons de notre mieux pour expédier les commandes le jour même où elles sont passées, mais veuillez prévoir un à deux jours ouvrables pour le traitement. Nous vous remercions de votre patience pendant que nous créons et emballons votre commande en toute sécurité.
Les jours fériés et les événements promotionnels ou les ventes peuvent entraîner des délais d'expédition plus longs.
Il arrive que nous soyons en rupture de stock sur un produit. Cela se produit lorsque de nombreuses commandes sont passées en même temps et que l'inventaire est mis à jour. Cela peut entraîner un retard dans l'expédition de l'article manquant ou de la totalité de la commande - nous vous contacterons à l'avance pour vous informer de la situation.

تعتمد Maison KalosCo على شركة CATHEDIS للقيام بعمليات التوصيل داخل التراب الوطني. نتوقع أن يتم توصيل طلبك في غضون 1 إلى 2 أيام عمل اعتبارًا من اليوم الذي تتلقى فيه رسالة تأكيد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني. في حال حدوث تأخير، لا يمكن للعميل المطالبة بأي تعويض. تلتزم Maison KalosCo بشحن الطلب ضمن الأجل التقديري المذكور أعلاه.

لا يتم شحن الطلبات خلال أيام العطل الرسمية.
